• Placement of 1:  9’ pole placement, approximately 3\4” diameter, with attached 3’ x 5’ American flag

• Placement during six patriotic holiday weekends every year (weather permitting)

  • Presidents Day - 3rd Monday in February

  • Memorial Day - Last Monday in May

  • Independence Day - July 4 observance

  • Labor Day - 1st Monday in September

  • Patriot Day - 9/11

  • Veterans Day - November 11 observance

• All maintenance & offsite storage of pole and flag between holidays

• Flags, poles, mounting hardware and sleeves are company property

Installation Requirements:

• PVC sleeves are installed approximately 12” in the ground for stability and will remain in place until subscription ends

• Sleeves will be at ground level (below grass line, flush with dirt level) and will not interfere with surface lawn services or yard activities

• Residential property must have ground area to place flag (we cannot accommodate apartments, or places without available space for flag placement)

Damaged or Stolen Flags:

• To report a lost or stolen flag, navigate to the “contact us” page and use the “damaged or stolen flag” form

Subscription Renewal:

• FREE subscription will be automatically renewed each year until cancelled by the customer

  • Customers invoicing will be prorated based on the number of remaining holidays for the first year of the subscription. 

• Subsequent-year billing

  • Each year after the 1st year, customers will be automatically billed the annual subscription rate in January of the current year

• Subscriptions will be automatically renewed each year until cancelled by the customer or payment method is declined
